Governing law and jurisdiction#
The relationship between you and SpotRivals is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith conversation will be brought before the competent court in Rotterdam, except that EU consumers retain the right to bring a claim before the courts of their place of residence under Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.
